Houska Heavy Duty

Since 2012, Saunders North has been the preferred construction manger/general contractor for Houska Automotive, Inc. having provided construction services for three of their facilities located at their Fort Collins campus.

The Houska Heavy Duty facility is a 12,674-square-foot truck maintenance and tire retreading plant. The building has seven overhead doors, office space and reception area. The repair shop services box trucks, dump trucks, over-the-road semis, buses, motor homes, trailers and everything in between.
