Windsor Mill

Construction for the Windsor Mill began in September 2018 after a fire caused by arson left the historic building near complete ruin.

Located in Windsor, Colo., the redevelopment of the historic Windsor Mill transformed the landmark into a bustling multi-tenant space and event venue. Originally constructed in 1899, the reconstruction of the mill was viewed as a catalyst project for future developments in downtown Windsor. The building features two restaurants, an event venue on the second floor, and a brewery with an outdoor patio and stage for summer concerts.

This project received multiple industry awards, including:

2020 ACE Award for Best Building Project Under $10 Million from Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Colorado
2020 Best Project Winner Award for Small Project Under $10 Million from Engineering News-Record (ENR) Mountain States
