Read More →This 7,192-square-foot administrative and training facility was developed to support the continued growth of Home Instead Senior Care and its mission of providing personalized care and support for seniors and their families. Designed to accommodate both day-to-day operations and employee development, the facility creates an efficient and welcoming environment for staff, caregivers, and visitors.
The building includes nine private offices, two open office areas, a conference room, reception area, kitchen, dedicated training space, and a welcoming lobby. These spaces were thoughtfully designed to support collaboration, communication, and ongoing professional development, helping Home Instead maintain the high level of service required to meet the diverse needs of its clients.
Because the north portion of the building is occupied by a separate tenant, the facility was designed with dual-entry access, providing each organization with its own distinct entrance and lobby experience while maintaining operational independence. This approach maximizes the functionality of the building while creating a professional environment for all occupants.
The dedicated training areas support Home Instead’s commitment to caregiver education and workforce development, providing space for onboarding, continuing education, and skills training. These resources help prepare caregivers to deliver a wide range of services, including personal care, Alzheimer’s and dementia support, companionship, and transportation assistance.
The result is a modern administrative and training facility that strengthens Home Instead’s ability to serve seniors and their families while providing employees with the tools, resources, and environment necessary to support compassionate, high-quality care.
