Read More →This 551,000-square-foot healthcare campus was delivered through a joint venture partnership in approximately 26 months, establishing a premier medical destination capable of serving the region’s growing healthcare needs. Following completion of the initial campus development, Saunders continued to perform renovations and facility upgrades while maintaining uninterrupted hospital operations.
Situated on a 74-acre, multi-owner campus, the initial phase included a five-story, 166-bed hospital; an adjacent diagnostic and treatment facility; two medical office buildings totaling approximately 320,000 square feet; a central utility plant; a fully equipped imaging center; and more than 2,300 surface parking spaces. Together, these facilities created an integrated healthcare environment designed to support a broad range of medical services and future expansion.
The campus features durable cast-in-place concrete structures complemented by brick, metal, and glazed exterior systems. Architectural highlights include a dramatic two-story glass atrium that welcomes visitors through the hospital’s main entrance and patient rooms strategically oriented to capture sweeping mountain views, enhancing the overall healing environment.
By combining advanced healthcare infrastructure, thoughtful design, and a long-term commitment to operational continuity, the campus continues to serve as a cornerstone of healthcare delivery for the surrounding community.
