Saunders provided general contracting services for approximately 120,000-square-feet of new core/shell retail buildings for Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Office Depot and Ulta Cosmetics. In addition to these structures, we also provided the tenant improvement work associated with Best Buy and Dick’s Sporting Goods. These tilt-wall structures were part of a larger development provided by Alberta Development Partners.

As part of our services, we worked closely with the owner and tenant-provided contractors to coordinate the installation of all utilities, landscaping, low-voltage and fixturing trades to ensure all facilities were completed at the required turnover date.
