The Mike Ward Infiniti Dealership is the first LEED certified automotive dealership in Colorado.
The building includes state-of-the-art technology and is one of the most energy-efficient car dealerships in the State of Colorado, including LED Site Lighting and a Solar Panel system. Additional features of this building include a feature glass wall and a Barasol ceiling in the showroom. The building includes all of the Infiniti IREDI features.
This project received LEED Certification in 2011.
