The project included an 8,200-square-foot structural steel addition to the existing office building, creating expanded workspace for district operations. Additional improvements included construction of a new 24,000-square-foot pre-engineered metal building dedicated to vehicle maintenance and material storage, a 3,200-square-foot garage, and 4,000 square feet of covered parking.
As a key district operations facility, the expanded campus provides the infrastructure needed to support CORE Electric Cooperative’s field crews, equipment, and daily operations. The completed project strengthens the organization’s capacity to efficiently serve customers throughout the region while providing modern, functional spaces for employees and operational resources.
