Read More →The CORE Electric Cooperative Pine Junction Facility is a new operations center constructed on a greenfield mountain site to support the cooperative’s growing service needs and field operations. Designed to provide a centralized, efficient, and durable workplace, the facility enhances CORE Electric’s ability to serve customers throughout the region.
The campus includes a 9,200-square-foot administrative office building, providing workspace for operational and support staff, along with a 23,000-square-foot vehicle maintenance facility designed to accommodate fleet servicing and equipment support. Additional structures include a separate 3,200-square-foot garage and 4,000 square feet of covered parking to protect vehicles and equipment from the elements.
Constructed as a pre-engineered metal building system, the facility was designed to perform in the challenging mountain environment while providing the functionality, flexibility, and operational capacity needed for long-term utility operations. The completed project serves as a critical base for CORE Electric’s crews, vehicles, and equipment, supporting reliable service across its mountain communities.
