Delivered through a design-build approach, this tenant improvement project for Comcast Wholesale transformed approximately 14,000 square feet of office space within an occupied downtown office building. Located on the fifth floor, the project was carefully planned and executed to minimize disruption to existing building occupants while creating a modern environment tailored to Comcast’s operational and business development needs.

The project encompassed the build-out of two office suites designed to support both employee productivity and customer engagement. A key feature of the new space is a technology demonstration center, providing an interactive environment where Comcast can showcase products, services, and emerging technologies to clients and partners.

In addition to the demonstration center, the facility includes administrative offices, collaborative workspaces, meeting rooms, and support areas for regional personnel. The layout was designed to foster communication, flexibility, and efficient daily operations while reflecting the company’s innovative and technology-driven culture.

Through close coordination and integrated design-build delivery, the project successfully created a high-quality workplace that supports Comcast Wholesale’s business objectives while enhancing both employee and visitor experiences.
