Boyd Lake Commerce Center

Saunders North completed the first building of the new Boyd Lake Commerce Center in Loveland, Colo.

The Boyd Lake Commerce Center, located near the intersection of Interstate 25 and Highway 34 in Loveland, Colo., will be northern Colorado’s premier manufacturing & distribution park.

The first phase of this 100,000-square-foot building is a core-and-shell warehouse ready for an owner to occupy. The scope of work included 88 acres of site preparation, site utilities, and construction using tilt-up panels. Saunders also completed extensive civil and utility work, including underground storm, water, sewer, and electric piping. Some structures were installed nearly 20 feet underground.
