Saunders North was selected as the construction manager/general contractor for this project in Estes Park, Colo. Jimmy Johns restaurant and Estes Park Health Urgent Care facility occupy units on the ground floor. The residential spaces include seven units totaling 47-beds. Each unit is available for rent by local employers to house seasonal or yearly employees.
