We were made aware of an active and pervasive impersonation attempt involving our CFO Brian Archibald.

An unauthorized party is using the fraudulent domain saunders-construction.com (please note we use saundersinc instead of saunders-construction) to send deceptive emails claiming to be from Brian Archibald or Saunders Construction.

These messages are not from Saunders Construction and may include fraudulent requests such as RFQs or other solicitations. If you have received a suspicious message from this domain or phone number, do not engage or click any links.

We are actively investigating the situation and taking steps to report and shut down this impersonation. To protect yourself:

• Confirm all communications from Saunders come from our official domain: saundersinc.com
• Verify any unexpected requests by contacting us directly through our secure contact form at https://www.saundersinc.com/contact/ or by calling us at 303-699-9000.
• Report suspicious messages to your respective Information Technology department.
