Designed to accommodate users of all ages, the facility provides a diverse range of amenities that support active lifestyles and community interaction.
The center features both lap and leisure pools, group exercise studios, cardio and fitness areas, a gymnasium, and multipurpose community spaces. Additional amenities include party rooms, a café, locker rooms, restrooms, administrative offices, and a dedicated childcare area, creating a comprehensive recreation experience for residents and visitors alike.
The project also included extensive common areas and exterior site improvements that strengthen the facility’s connection to the surrounding neighborhood and adjacent parkland. These spaces enhance accessibility, encourage outdoor activity, and create welcoming gathering areas for the community.
By combining recreation, wellness, and social spaces under one roof, the facility serves as a dynamic community asset that promotes healthy living and strengthens neighborhood connections.
This project received LEED Gold Certification in 2010.
