Nicholas Barbour has spent the last decade working as a technical lead in Information Technology. He has worked in healthcare, school districts and managed service providers. While construction is a new vertical, technology is not.
As director of information technology (IT), Barbour is responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and management of all IT functions for Saunders to support organization objectives, streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. He also implements and enforces IT security policies and practices to protect company data and systems and ensure business continuity.
