Ame Muniz develops and manages a comprehensive training, learning and career development program in support of Saunders employees — reinforcing our culture as a learning organization. Muniz received her bachelor’s degree in leadership and organizational development from University of Denver and worked for several local agencies and organizations prior to Saunders. With over 15 years of training and development experience, Muniz develops training objectives and collaborates with other business unit leaders and department heads to create training plans and materials aligned with Saunders’ company initiatives, strategic plans and best practice process changes.
