This 95,000-square-foot project provides Health and Wellness services to the Anschutz Medical Campus. The facility is a beacon for health and serves as a "one stop shop" for fitness, nutrition, research and lifestyle management.
The new facility includes offices, conference/training rooms, a demonstration kitchen, a healthy foods café/bistro, a healthy foods grocery market, a fitness center including a therapeutic pool and lockers, and rooms for overnight stays. In addition, major site and infrastructure work was completed for this project.
The project is LEED Gold Certified.
