The facility is a beacon for health and serves as a one-stop shop for fitness, nutrition, research, and lifestyle management.
This 95,000-square-foot project provides Health and Wellness services to the Anschutz Medical Campus. The new facility includes: offices, conference/training rooms, a demonstration kitchen, a healthy foods café/bistro, a healthy foods grocery market, a fitness center including a therapeutic pool and lockers, and rooms for overnight stays. In addition, major site and infrastructure work was completed for this project.
This project received LEED Gold Certification in 2012.
