Saunders Construction was contracted to build the infrastructure and “spine” roads for this 303-acre development.
The infrastructure scope of work included: roads, concrete crosswalks, patterned colored sidewalks/splash blocks, retaining walls (MSE and soil nail), site lighting, site utilities, asphalt paving, landscaping along roads, and complete site development for the Sams Club and Wal-Mart parking lots.
In addition, Saunders built a 30,000-square-foot retail building and five high-visibility buildings with vanilla box finishes. As a subcontractor, Saunders completed all of the concrete foundations and flatwork for the Lifestyle Center.
