Saunders completed the tenant improvement for Shift Workspaces's uniquely designed location in Littleton, Colo.

Located in Old Town on Littleton’s Main Street, Shift Workspace offers flexible workspaces for their members. Each space has a look and feel unique to itself that sets each apart from the typical office. The 28,000-square-foot tenant improvement build-out features many high-end and complex finishes and includes 26 different wall coverings and 40 distinct light fixtures — all complimenting the beautiful woodwork and other finishes throughout the building.

Each area was designed and reviewed thoroughly to ensure it stayed true to the overall design intent, meant to inspire all who visited. The workspace includes:
