Saunders completed the 28,000-square-foot tenant improvement for Shift Workspaces’ Littleton location, transforming a building in Old Town Littleton into a dynamic coworking environment designed to inspire creativity, collaboration, and productivity.

Known for creating unique work environments, Shift Workspaces developed a space that breaks away from the traditional office model through thoughtful design and carefully selected finishes. The project features numerous high-end and intricate details, including 26 different wall coverings and 40 distinct light fixtures that complement the extensive woodwork and custom interior finishes throughout the building.

To preserve the project’s highly intentional aesthetic, each space was carefully coordinated and reviewed to ensure alignment with the overall design vision. The completed workspace offers a variety of flexible environments, including private offices, dedicated desks, open coworking areas, virtual office accommodations, meeting rooms, indoor and outdoor event spaces, massage rooms, a full bar, and multiple lounge areas, providing members with a workplace experience tailored to a wide range of professional and personal needs.
