Sheridan High School CTE Renovation

Saunders converted an old natatorium building into Sheridan High School's new Career and Technical Education (CTE) Center.

Sheridan School District chose Saunders Construction as their CM/GC for the renovation of an old pool building into their new Career and Technical Education (CTE) center at the district’s high school. 

The scope of work included a full MEP equipment replacement, two new classrooms and two office spaces, and renovation of the bathrooms. What used to be a competitive-size lap pool, now holds flexible classroom spaces and technical equipment for students to learn skilled trades and technical sciences, business, marketing and public administration, agriculture and natural resource energy, health science, criminal justice and public safety, hopsitality, human services and education. 

Exterior improvements included new windows, a new roof, and addition of two pedestrian walkways. 

Work was completed on an active campus with an active high school, school district bus storage, Sheridan Library and Sheridan Recreation Center in close proximity.
