Saunders Commercial Development Company‘s (SCDC) Sequel Apartments project adds to SCDC’s successful run in the multi-family market.
Located in Englewood, Colo., the Sequel Apartments is a co-development partnership between SCDC and the local family who owned the land. The Sequel name was chosen to represent the history of the site and now, its next chapter. Construction by K2 Residential Solutions was completed in June 2023.
Built on what used to be a family-owned crane and equipment yard, Sequel pairs modern luxury with an industrial twist. This wood-frame, garden style apartment complex will provide the local market with 203 for-rent luxury units and townhomes.
