Read More →Located in the heart of Fort Collins’ renowned brewery district, the Red Truck Brewery project revitalized the former Fort Collins Brewery through a comprehensive 33,000-square-foot renovation and expansion. The transformation reimagined the existing facility as a modern brewery and restaurant destination while preserving its role as a key part of the city’s vibrant craft brewing culture.
After acquiring the property, Red Truck Beer Company undertook significant improvements to modernize the building and create an enhanced guest experience. The project included extensive renovations to the southwest corner of the facility, incorporating new structural steel and reconfiguring the primary entrance and retail areas to improve circulation, visibility, and functionality.
A distinctive feature of the redevelopment was the addition of a new commercial kitchen housed within a repurposed cargo container, creating a unique architectural and operational element within the brewery. Additional improvements included new restrooms, a private event space, a fully remodeled dining area, and renovations to second-floor office spaces, supporting both hospitality and business operations.
The redesigned facility was created to accommodate brewing, dining, and social experiences within a cohesive environment that reflects the character of the surrounding brewery district. The result was a refreshed destination that contributed to Fort Collins’ reputation as a premier craft beer community while providing guests with an inviting place to gather, dine, and enjoy locally produced beverages.
Today, the building continues its brewing legacy as the home of Breckenridge Brewery, ensuring the facility remains an active part of Northern Colorado’s craft brewing industry and community.
