Read More →The Stanley Hotel Pavilion is a distinctive three-level event and wedding venue that enhances the hospitality and event offerings of the iconic Stanley Hotel campus in Estes Park, Colorado. Designed to complement the architectural character of the historic property while providing modern event capabilities, the pavilion creates a unique destination for weddings, conferences, performances, and special events set against the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains.
Located on the northeast portion of the Stanley Hotel property, the 25,504-square-foot facility was designed to accommodate gatherings of varying sizes while maximizing views of the surrounding landscape. The pavilion features dual-level ballrooms capable of hosting up to 1,300 guests, providing flexible event space that supports everything from intimate celebrations to large-scale conferences and community events.
One of the venue’s most striking features is its 300-seat amphitheater, which seamlessly connects indoor and outdoor experiences. A dramatic 11,000-pound hydraulic glass door opens the space to an outdoor setting highlighted by a granite rock wall sculpture and sweeping views toward Rocky Mountain National Park. This unique design element creates an unforgettable event environment while strengthening the connection between the building and its natural surroundings.
Throughout the facility, the architecture and finishes were carefully selected to reflect the look and feel of the broader Stanley Hotel campus, ensuring the pavilion feels like a natural extension of the historic property. The design balances modern functionality with timeless aesthetics, creating a venue that complements one of Colorado’s most recognizable landmarks.
The result is a one-of-a-kind hospitality and event destination that expands the Stanley Hotel’s ability to host world-class gatherings while celebrating the spectacular scenery, history, and character that make Estes Park a sought-after destination.
