Since 2010, Saunders North has completed multiple, fast-track summer renovation projects as the construction manager/general contractor for the Poudre School District.

Renovations included HVAC system upgrades, high security and ADA compliant door hardware, carpet/flooring replacement, new on-demand water heaters and toilets, lighting upgrades, and new entries to accommodate a safer and more secure entry into the buildings.
