Saunders completed a 53,000-square-foot, three-level tenant improvement project for the new headquarters of a national media and entertainment company. The renovation transformed an existing office space into a modern workplace tailored to support collaboration, technology integration, and the company’s evolving operational needs.

The project began with a complex demolition phase that included the removal of an existing structural double-tee system, creating the foundation for a complete reimagining of the space. New features included a prominent convenience staircase connecting multiple floors, high-end architectural finishes and lighting, upgraded power and data infrastructure, and specialized acoustical treatments designed to enhance privacy and sound control throughout the workplace.

Construction was completed within an occupied office building with limited access, requiring careful coordination to minimize disruptions to surrounding tenants and building operations. Through detailed planning and execution, Saunders successfully delivered a sophisticated headquarters environment while maintaining safe and efficient operations throughout construction.
