Saunders is completing the tenant improvement project for a national media entertainment company's new office space.

Saunders is currently working on the three-level tenant improvement project of the 53,000-square-foot office space after finishing complex demolition of the existing space, which included demolition of a structural double-T system. New features include the installation of a convenience staircase, high-end lighting fixtures and finish features, as well as construction of new data and power distribution and acoustical elements and sound insulation. 

 All of this work is ongoing in an occupied building, with limited building access.
