Hord Coplan Macht Office at Dairy Block

Architect Hord Coplan Macht chose Saunders to build out their new downtown Denver high-end office space.

This 18,000-square-foot tenant finish is inside Dairy Block, where Saunders built the core and shell, as well as built out The Maven Hotel, Kachina Cantina, lobby area and bar, and Milk Market. This space includes an open office concept with numerous high-end finishes, detailed ceiling, podiums, conference rooms, collaboration coves and a resources library for various samples and materials.
