The unique and vibrant environment inside Kachina Cantina is inspired by the culture and history of the Southwest America and Baja Mexico region.
This 5,000-square-foot restaurant is located inside Dairy Block, a mixed-use building in downtown Denver. Kachina includes a full kitchen, walk-in refrigeration, a full bar that opens to an outside patio and a custom airstream trailer that serves food and drinks to walk-up customers. Their unique menu features Kachina’s signature Navajo Tacos on fluffy fry bread, as well as regional dishes and a selection of margaritas and cocktails.
Custom artwork includes a real tree that was cut apart and reassembled in the space and a mural that was painted onsite. Finishes include custom copper kitchen hoods, concrete tile, concrete countertops and custom doors.
