Saunders completed upgrades to eight Douglas County School District locations as part of a bond-funded capital improvement program.
The renovations in this package included:
Cherry Valley Elementary – interior floor finishes, roofing modifications and new hardscape.
Franktown Elementary – structural steel modifications to support new RTU’s, millwork, re-caulking of exterior masonry joints and window frames, floor finishes, 6EA new RTU’s.
Mountain View Elementary – structural upgrades to support new RTU’s, recaulk exterior windows, new interior finishes, 9EA new Aaon RTU’s, natural gas powered generator and hardscape.
Northeast Elementary – new casework, floor finishes and recaulk exterior windows and masonry control joints.
Castle Rock Middle School – new casework, HVAC upgrades and new generator.
Soaring Hawk Elementary – re-caulk of exterior windows, masonry control joints and seal existing CMU.
Meadow View Elementary – new casework, floor finishes, re-caulk exterior windows and masonry control joints, new generator and hardscape.
South Ridge Elementary – new casework, floor finishes, recaulk exterior windows, new roof, 13EA new Aaon RTU’s and a new generator.
