The new CORE Electric Cooperative facility in Pine Junction is a new, pre-engineered metal building on a greenfield, mountain site.
The project includes 9,200 square feet of administration offices, 23,000 square feet of vehicle maintenance, and a separate, 3,200-square-foot garage and 4,000 square feet of covered parking.
