Confluence

The teams of Saunders Commercial Development and Saunders North worked with [au]workshop for over two years to develop Confluence Fort Collins. This joint partnership was the first project the teams worked on together, providing a complete Saunders suite of services.

Located at the heart of the River District in downtown Fort Collins, Confluence is a mixed-use development composed of three buildings centered around an open courtyard. The project includes ground floor retail and office space, 26 unique loft condos and private parking garage.
