Over the course of an eight-year campus development program, Saunders partnered with GambroBCT/COBE Laboratories to deliver a series of projects that supported the company’s growth, manufacturing capabilities, and operational needs. The long-standing relationship included multiple phases of work completed across the campus, demonstrating a commitment to collaboration, flexibility, and uninterrupted operations.

Key projects included the construction of a Sterilization Building, a Central Mechanical Plant, and numerous office and manufacturing floor renovations. Together, these improvements expanded the campus’s infrastructure, enhanced production environments, and provided the support systems necessary for continued growth and innovation.

Because the projects were executed within an active operational campus, careful planning and coordination were essential to minimize disruptions to ongoing research, manufacturing, and business activities. Each phase was strategically implemented to align with the owner’s operational requirements while supporting evolving facility needs.
