Read More →This 144,000-square-foot, eight-level building consists of three floors of cast-in-place concrete and six floors of panelized structural metal stud framing with slab on metal deck. This was one of the first buildings in Colorado to use the Infinity System pre-panelized metal structure. The project was constructed with very tight site logistics, with the site fence within 10-20 feet of the building on all sides.
LEED Silver Certification was achieved, with sustainable features such as NEST programmable thermostats, energy efficient appliances and low flow water fixtures.
