This development is a 330,000-square-foot office space in three buildings located in Boulder, Colorado. The new location houses 1,500 employees and includes fun, new features such as bike repair stations, cafeteria, fitness center, indoor courtyard and game rooms.
Leveraging the site’s amenities, the landscaped urban campus ties the existing tree-lined waterway with views to the Front Range to become a special place where creative and collaborative work can occur in a natural setting. The building’s innovative shape, high-performance envelope and open floorplans provide employees daylight and views.
Some unique LEED elements that Saunders incorporated include:
- New products with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs)
- Low VOC Paints | Adhesives | Sealants
- Reducing overall waste; going above and beyond recycling
Saunders recently completed the core and shell of this office, as well as the tenant improvement of this building’s café space. Saunders will provide the entire core and shell as well as the tenant improvement on the Phase 2 office building for the same owner.
