Encompassing 330,000 square feet across three office buildings, the development provides a vibrant environment for approximately 1,500 employees while supporting creativity, collaboration, and organizational growth.
The campus takes full advantage of its surroundings, integrating an existing tree-lined waterway and expansive views of Colorado’s Front Range into the overall experience. Thoughtful site planning and landscaping create connections between indoor and outdoor environments, establishing a workplace that encourages interaction with nature while fostering a strong sense of community.
The buildings feature innovative architectural forms, open floor plans, and a high-performance building envelope designed to maximize natural daylight and exterior views throughout the workplace. Employee-focused amenities include a fitness center, cafeteria, indoor courtyard, game rooms, and bicycle repair stations, creating a campus environment that supports wellness, convenience, and work-life balance.
Sustainability was a key priority throughout design and construction. The project incorporated products with Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs) and Health Product Declarations (HPDs), low-VOC paints, adhesives, and sealants, and comprehensive waste-reduction strategies that exceeded standard recycling practices. Together, these measures contributed to the project’s LEED Silver certification and reinforced its commitment to environmental responsibility and occupant health.
Saunders completed the core and shell construction of the initial office building, as well as the tenant improvement for the café space, helping create a welcoming central gathering place for employees. Building on the success of the first phase, Saunders was also selected to deliver the core and shell and tenant improvements for the second office building within the development.
The result is a forward-thinking office campus that blends sustainability, wellness, and modern workplace design to create an exceptional environment for employees while supporting long-term business success.
