In 2019, Prime West developed a 15-story Class A office building.
The core and shell of the building was complete by another contractor, while Saunders was selected to complete a 179,000-square-foot tenant improvement space for a local Fortune 500 company. The mission was to develop a more inclusive, modern workplace that met the needs of its diverse global workforce. This new space will continue to promote more efficient and effective ways of working through best practice workplace design principles.
Preconstruction efforts were made through fast-paced, live pricing until the end to help the owner reduce costs. During construction, the project team closely coordinated with the core/shell contractor throughout construction.
