Allan Williams

Allan Williams has led Saunders Norwood Construction’s (SNC) operations since spring 2022, growing our project team resources and client base. Before this, Williams served as project manager, senior project manager, and construction manager on large commercial projects and oversaw operations for the Express business unit. As area manager, Williams will focus on expanding the SNC work program, resources, and brand in southern Colorado 

Recognized in the industry for his ability to isolate and resolve various design and compliance issues early in a project’s evolution, his aptitude and expertise are evidenced in the many successful projects with which he has been involved. 

Williams is an active member in the Pikes Peak Region, having participated in programs through Downtown Partnership of Colorado Springs and the Colorado Springs Chamber and Economic Development Committee (EDC). Williams is also a certified Design-Build Professional® (DBIA®) and received his Construction Management Quality for Contractors certification from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
