Also included in the major renovation was modifying an existing storage area into seven new acoustically independent rooms for recording high quality symphonic pieces without reverberation effects of typical construction, removal and replacement of an existing freight elevator with an ADA compliant passenger elevator, and new exterior glazing units were installed in the café and kitchen to allow students and staff to enjoy the view of the mountains while on break from their classes.
