Loveland Fire Wellness Clinic

The Loveland Fire Rescue Authority's new Wellness Center is designed to support the health and well-being of first responders — complementing regional facilities that focus on training, equipment, and emergency readiness.

Saunders delivered this critical resource through a fast-track renovation that combined strategic planning, proactive coordination, and a strong commitment to quality.

The project was a full renovation of an existing building, including demolition and reconstruction of both interior and exterior walls, and new landscaping, sidewalks, and parking. Inside, ceiling height changes required significant ductwork modifications, representing the largest change order on the project. Despite these challenges, the team completed the project ahead of schedule.

All work was completed with minimal disruption to neighboring fire department operations, thanks to thoughtful phasing and on-the-ground oversight. The finished facility now provides a durable, welcoming space that supports the physical and mental wellness of the people who serve our communities.
