Located in the heart of Boulder’s Flatiron Office Park, 2400 Central is a ground-up office development designed to meet the evolving needs of technology and professional services tenants.

The project began with the demolition of two existing buildings to make way for a new 150,000-square-foot core-and-shell office building. The two-story facility provides flexible commercial space that can accommodate a variety of workplace configurations while supporting future tenant customization.

Designed with modern users in mind, the building features generous floor-to-floor heights, a mezzanine level, and a blend of interior and exterior spaces that promote collaboration, connectivity, and employee well-being. The completed development brings contemporary office space to one of Boulder’s premier business districts, creating an environment that supports innovation and long-term growth.
