The Campus 470 project’s goal is to provide upgrades to the existing office building to attract new tenants.
The project is located on a 35-acre site with three existing office buildings of approximately 600,000 square feet total. The 6-story buildings were originally constructed by Saunders Construction in 1999, 2000 and 2001.
The project includes updating the exteriors of all three buildings as well as the build-out of the lobby spaces and common bathrooms. The project includes sustainability-focused upgrades including new, energy-efficient mechanical and electrical stems as well as low flow water fixtures throughout. The new Amenity spaces and common areas are currently being designed with the goal to meet a FitWel certification.
Saunders is also contracted to complete the tenant interiors for a Fortune 100 company.
