The Amble Project in Steamboat Springs Celebrates Topping Out

Steamboat Springs, CO – April 9, 2025 – Saunders Construction, together with East West Partners, proudly announces the topping out of the highly anticipated project, The Amble, a premier luxury living community in Steamboat Springs, Colo. This significant milestone marks the placement of the final beam on the structure, symbolizing the culmination of months of dedicated effort toward creating a new state-of-the-art, all electric residential community directly across the street from the Steamboat Ski Resort.

The Amble, perched on top of a hill with stunning mountain and valley views, will house 42 residences from one to four bedrooms. Designed for sustainability, the energy-efficient building design will keep the energy needed for heating, cooling, lighting and living at a minimum. Other premium features will include a heated outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness room, guest lounge, game room, ski and boot locker room, and underground heated parking with EV charging.
