Saunders Releases 16th Annual Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report reflects the company’s commitment to sustainable business practices, community engagement and environmental stewardship.

The 2025 report highlights a year defined by strategic progress and operational innovation through the Blueprint ‘27 strategic plan, while honoring the legacy of founder Dick Saunders. Notable accomplishments from this year’s report include:

• Economic Innovation: As part of the Ownership block of Blueprint ‘27, Saunders developed and implemented the Field Execution Plan (FEP) across all preconstruction and construction teams, resulting in greater clarity, stronger coordination and more consistent delivery outcomes for project teams.
• Environmental Sustainability: Saunders invested in technology and operational infrastructure to support its field teams and reduce its environmental footprint through the strategic consolidation of digital platforms, modernization of the small tool inventory, and a renewed commitment to responsible material recycling.
• Social Impact: Saunders raised over $45,000 for Kenzi’s Causes through the Building Confidence in Kids annual clay shoot. Saunders also completed the new Crisis and Acute Care Center for Aurora Mental Health & Recovery, expanding access to behavioral health and substance abuse services for the surrounding community.
