Denver Seminary, a multi-denominational, evangelical seminary serving men and women world-wide, had outgrown their existing facility in Englewood. Saunders was hired to construct a new, 100,000-square-foot educational family on an 8-acre campus. The campus includes classrooms, administration offices, student center, counseling center and chapel. The new library is the third-largest religious library in the world.
Founded in 1950, Denver Seminary is one of the most reputable seminaries in the United States and Canada by the Association of Theological Schools and the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
