Saunders was selected as Construction Manager/General Contractor to build the new student residence hall. This project is located on a constrained site in the heart of the campus. In order to accommodate the incoming freshman class, the project was constructed with a fast-track schedule in order to open in the fall of 2011.

Saunders conducted intensive preconstruction planning, estimating and value analysis for this project in order to meet the needs of the university and the student population. This included conducting several design analysis workshops, developing multiple estimates hand-in-hand during the completion of design and providing a myriad of options for value analysis.
