Tom Alford leads a portion of Saunders Construction’s work program. In this capacity, Alford is responsible for ensuring our clients’ goals and expectations are exceeded. Alford places great emphasis on delivering a positive experience for all project stakeholders, from inception through completion.
Alford’s responsibilities also include corporate oversight of general superintendents, quality control, scheduling and administrative operations.
Alford’s 25 years of industry experience are rooted in his hands-on involvement — holding numerous positions throughout his career ranging from project engineer and superintendent to preconstruction manager. As a Registered Professional Engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, Alford fully understands modern building construction challenges and engages operations to overcome challenges and execute project objectives, while maintaining client relations.
He is an active member on the Good Samaritan Medical Center Foundation Board, Dawg Nation Foundation Advisory Board and the University of Colorado Denver College of Construction Engineering and Management Advisory Board.
