This state-of-the-art law school at the University of Colorado Boulder campus is a 178,000-square-foot., five-story structure housing a law library, teaching courtroom, moot courtroom, faculty offices, café, law center, and administration offices as well as student program space, clinics and registrar.
This new building enhances the learning experience of CU law students. The law library, at 42,047 sq. ft., is 50 percent larger than the previous existing law library. The Wolf Law Building has 18 classrooms ranging in size from 20 to 100 seats, plus a 250-seat courtroom and a high-tech teaching courtroom.
In order to meet the strict regulations for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, the building underwent a full commissioning process. The facility was awarded LEED Gold Certification.
