The Arapahoe CentrePoint Plaza office building was completed ahead of schedule and houses the offices for Arapahoe/Douglas Works, as well as the county assessor, county commissioners, human services and information services offices.
The facility is approximately 142,000 sq. ft. and accommodates 400 county employees. A large meeting room attached to a full kitchen is available to community groups and non-profit organizations. The project finished under budget and six weeks ahead of schedule.
