The 215 St. Paul project is located in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood. The new development is approximately 27,500 sq. ft. with one full level of ground floor retail and two levels of general office space, all supported by one and a half levels of below grade parking including bike storage. In addition, the new building features outdoor rooftop terraces providing panoramic views of the Denver cityscape and the Colorado Rocky Mountains.
The design concept centers on creating a lively, engaging street presence that draws pedestrians towards and into the building, and, quieter, less visually prominent office space above. The project is LEED Silver Certified.
