Saunders completed the main lobby renovation in the 1900 16th Street building in downtown Denver.
Saunders completed the renovation of the 5,400-square-foot main lobby in the 1900 16th Street building in downtown Denver. The project included selective demolition, 20-foot high groutless INAX wall tile, a sophisticated millwork package and upgrading the lighting fixtures in the lobby. Saunders’ team got involved very early, identifying long-lead items to get the materials on site when construction activities started.
Specific safety plans were created for the active lobby, focusing on the main entrance and elevator lobbies. With proper pre-planning up front, and weekly logistics and safety plan reviews, building occupants were safely able to use the elevators and main entrance with minimal interruptions.
