(Englewood, Colo.) – Dec. 19, 2019 Saunders Commercial Development Company announced today that it has broken ground on an amenity-rich, multi-family residential project located on the west side of Greeley, Colorado. The Ten West Greeley Apartments, which is situated on 10 acres at 6600 8th St., will offer future residents the perfect blend of convenience, approachable luxury and Colorado outdoor living.
EVstudio is designing the $53 million project, with Shaw Construction providing general contracting services.
